This Privacy Policy (Policy) describes how we collect, use, store, process, and share your information in connection with your use of the Mind Zillion website i.e. (https://www.mindzillion.com) (the Site). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you expressly consent to the collection, use, storage, processing, and disclosure of your information, including personally identifiable information, as described in this Policy. The Mind Zillion Private Limited (together with its affiliates and partners, hereinafter referred to as “Mind Zillion,” “Mind Zillion Health,” “MZ,” “MZH,” “we,” “us,” or “our” or “Account"), having its registered office address at 401, Bldg No.B1 , Boomerang Equity Bussi Park, CTS No. 4 ETC, Chandivali Farm Road, Kurla near Hindustan transmission Compound, Andheri(E) Mumbai -400072, is committed to protecting your privacy.

Mind Zillion Health App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Purpose

Mind Zillion Health helps users bring their personal or loved ones' health records to life anywhere in the world in a secure and convenient way, while also giving users control over who can access, use or change their medical records we hold.

Keeping Data Secure

We will use technical and organisational measures (e.g. clauses in employment contracts, corporate policies) to safeguard your Data and we store your Data on secure servers. Technical and organisational measures include measures to deal with any suspected data breach. If you suspect any misuse or loss or unauthorised access to your Data, please let us know immediately by contacting us by e-mail at our email address provided in “Contact Information and Privacy Questions” section.

Where We Store Data

Please be aware that Mind Zillion services and systems are housed on servers in India. If you reside outside of India, the information we collect (including cookies) is processed and stored in India, which may not provide the same privacy protections as the country where you reside or are a citizen. By using the Site and providing information to us, you consent to the transfer to and processing of information in India.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change, modify, add and/or remove portions of this Policy at any time in our sole discretion. We may give notice by posting the updated Policy on the Site, sending you an email or by notifying you that there is a tab at the end of the Privacy Policy that indicates when the Privacy Policy was last updated or by any other reasonable means. When you share Google Fit with our products that data is covered under privacy policy. We handle all iOS health app and Health Kit data in accordance with Apple development guidelines.
Account and login information:We will collect personally identifiable information from you when you create an Account to become a Mind Zillion User. If you create an Account, you will be asked to provide information about yourself, including, but not limited to, a user name, email address, and password selected by you. If you register for your Account using Social Networking Service credentials, we will collect your credentials in order to identify and log into the third-party application or website and will retain your credentials to collect information from the Social Networking Service. For example, if you sign in with your Facebook or Twitter account, we may collect information from your public profile.
Email address collection:In order to receive certain communications from us, including, but not limited to, our journals, research papers etc., you may be required to submit your name and email address to us. Any email you receive from us will include an unsubscribe link that will allow you to opt-out of receiving future emails

Mind Zillion does not collect information about the visitors of the Website from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organisations, save and except for the purposes of registration of the Users (the collection, use, storage and disclosure of which each End User must agree to under the Terms of service in order for Mind Zillion to effectively render the Services).

Information collected from iOS HealthKit, Health app and Google Fit:
When you share your iOS Health app data or Google Fit with our Products, that data is covered by the privacy policy.

We may also use your information to generate charts, presentations, reports, logs, or other documents about, inter alia, our user base, service usage patterns, analysis of the accuracy, effectiveness, and popularity of the Site and our services for marketing, or other external purposes. However, in case of such external use, we shall ensure to anonymise the personal information provided by you. You hereby give your express consent to us for using your personal information for this purpose

Sharing And Transferring Of Personal Information:

User Content: If you submit content to any interactive portion of the Site, including, but not limited to, your Account profile page or user discussion sections of the Site, your content will be made publicly available to anyone who visits that area of the Site. Other users or the general public may access, or use content that you make publicly available through the Site. Even if you remove or delete your content, copies may remain in cached or archived areas of the Site.

Payment: User's financial information is transacted upon secure sites of approved payment gateways which are digitally under encryption, thereby providing the highest possible degree of care as per current technology. However, the user is advised to exercise discretion while saving the payment details.
Affiliates: We may share your information among our affiliates and group entities so that we can better provide better services that are relevant to you as well as generally to provide the services as applicable.
Permissions: Once the App is downloaded and installed, you may be prompted to grant certain permissions to allow the App to perform certain actions on your device. These actions include permission to: Location, Camera, Photos/Media/Files/Storage, Phone Number, Bluetooth, Microphone, WIFI and COOKIES

Retention Of Information

The term for which we shall be retaining your personal information depends solely on the nature of the information. We shall retain your personal information only for such period of time as is necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We may, at any time, delete your information, including but not limited to, your personal information, without any prior notice to you. Upon the expiry of your license to access the Site and use our services or deactivation and/or termination of your Account, we shall have the right to, immediately and permanently, delete all stored messages, emails, contents, and all other records of your Account without any notice. Except to the extent provided herein, we will destroy your personal information upon the fulfilment of its purpose. We may, however, retain your personal information for: (i) accounting purposes for such time period as is prescribed under applicable law; and (ii) for legal purposes till the completion of statutory limitation for bringing any suit, if any. We will also retain your information for the purposes and for such time periods as may be prescribed under applicable laws. Under certain circumstances, we alter the personal information collected from users to render it anonymous so that, it could no longer be personally identifiable. When we process data about you, we do so with your consent and/or as necessary to provide the Services, fulfil our obligations, protect your security, or fulfil our other legitimate interests described in this Privacy Policy. You have the following rights with respect to your sensitive personal information and you may exercise them by submitting a request as described in the “CONTACT INFORMATION AND PRIVACY QUESTIONS” section below. Right to access, review and amend Right to Disable sharing (Although in any emergency the "break the glass" rule will apply by default and professionals can access your records with MIND ZILLION by providing a reason to do so.) Please ensure when providing information about other people, for example, including Personal Data about a family member or on behalf of any other person (Mentally challenged), that you have permission to do so.

Third Party Websites

Our website and mobile application do not offer products or services for use by minors. If you are under 18, you may use our website or mobile application only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to supervise the online activities of their minors to help provide a child-friendly online environment and prevent minors from disclosing their name, address, and other personally identifiable information online without parental permission. Although the Site and our services are not intended for use by minors, we respect the privacy of minors who may inadvertently use the internet

Severability

If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of this Privacy policy (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of this Privacy policy will not be affected.

Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for disclosure of your passwords and you shall be solely responsible for protecting your username and passwords, at all times. You shall be solely liable for any unauthorised use of the Site through your Account. In the event of such unauthorised usage, you shall notify us immediately and reset your password accordingly. While we give utmost importance to protecting user data and information, we cannot ensure that all your personal information (including sensitive information) will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
