Mind Zillion Health App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Purpose

Mind Zillion Health helps users bring their personal or loved ones' health records to life anywhere in the world in a secure and convenient way, while also giving users control over who can access, use or change their medical records we hold.

Keeping Data Secure

We will use technical and organisational measures (e.g. clauses in employment contracts, corporate policies) to safeguard your Data and we store your Data on secure servers. Technical and organisational measures include measures to deal with any suspected data breach. Where We Store Data

Please be aware that Mind Zillion services and systems are housed on servers in India. If you reside outside of India, the information we collect (including cookies) is processed and stored in India, which may not provide the same privacy protections as the country where you reside or are a citizen. By using the Site and providing information to us, you consent to the transfer to and processing of information in India.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change, modify, add and/or remove portions of this Policy at any time in our sole discretion. If you create an Account, you will be asked to provide information about yourself, including, but not limited to, a user name, email address, and password selected by you. If you register for your Account using Social Networking Service credentials, we will collect your credentials in order to identify and log into the third-party application or website and will retain your credentials to collect information from the Social Networking Service. For example, if you sign in with your Facebook or Twitter account, we may collect information from your public profile.

Mind Zillion does not collect information about the visitors of the Website from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organisations, save and except for the purposes of registration of the Users (the collection, use, storage and disclosure of which each End User must agree to under the Terms of service in order for Mind Zillion to effectively render the Services).

However, in case of such external use, we shall ensure to anonymise the personal information provided by you. You hereby give your express consent to us for using your personal information for this purpose

  • Permissions: Once the App is downloaded and installed, you may be prompted to grant certain permissions to allow the App to perform certain actions on your device. These actions include permission to: Location, Camera, Photos/Media/Files/Storage, Phone Number, Bluetooth, Microphone, WIFI and COOKIES

Retention Of Information

The term for which we shall be retaining your personal information depends solely on the nature of the information. We shall retain your personal information only for such period of time as is necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Severability
